FlashTeq Privacy Policy
FlashTeq Pty Ltd ("FlashTeq", "we", "us") is an Australian company that develops mobile games. This policy explains what information our games and this website handle. It covers every game we publish, and each game has its own section below. If you only want to know about one game, jump to that section.
1. The short version
Our games do not ask you to create an account, and they do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, photos or other personal information. Game progress is saved on your own device. The sections below set out the details for each game and what to do if you have questions.
2. Our games
Runetower Legends (Android)
Information we collect: None. The game does not collect, transmit or share personal information with us or any third party.
Information stored on your device: Your game progress and settings (for example, levels completed, monsters collected and volume preferences) are saved locally on your device only. We cannot see this information.
Accounts: The game has no account, sign-in or social features.
Advertising, analytics and purchases: The game contains no advertising, no analytics or crash-reporting service run by us, and no in-app purchases.
Deleting your data: Uninstalling the game removes its locally saved data from your device.
3. This website
This website is a static information site hosted on Cloudflare. We do not use cookies, advertising or analytics on it. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site, under its own privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
4. Third parties
Our games are built using the Unity engine. We have not enabled Unity advertising, analytics or other cloud services in our games. Our games are distributed through Google Play. Google collects information about your device and your use of Google Play under its own privacy policy, which we do not control: policies.google.com/privacy.
5. Children
Our games are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
6. Security and retention
Because our games do not collect personal information, we do not hold personal information about players to secure or retain. If you contact us by email, we keep your message only as long as needed to respond and for our records.
7. Your rights and complaints
If you believe we hold personal information about you, you can ask us to tell you what it is and to correct or delete it by contacting us below. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example when we release a new game or add a feature that handles information differently. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. We will describe material changes in the relevant game's section before the change takes effect.
